1. Who we are and what these terms cover
verifiedspecialist.com (the “Site”) and the VerifiedSpecialist service (the “Service”) are operated by AuthoritySpecialist SEO Solutions OÜ, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Harju County, Estonia (“we”, “us”). Contact: contact@authorityspecialist.com. These terms apply when you browse the Site, request beta access or take part in the beta. By doing so, you accept them.
2. The beta
VerifiedSpecialist is in private beta. Access is granted at our discretion and may be limited, paused or withdrawn. Features may change, be added or be removed during the beta.
Verification reduces avoidable uncertainty; it does not guarantee a specialist’s future performance, the outcome of a project, rankings or traffic. Guides, comparisons and examples on the Site are general information, and you should confirm the current features, fees and terms of any other platform directly with it.
3. Access requests and accounts
- Give accurate information, including a phone number you are entitled to use for the verification code and an e-mail address you control.
- Specialists must only submit identity details and evidence of work that are their own or that they are authorized to share.
- Keep your access secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
4. Engagements between buyers and specialists
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, any engagement between a buyer and a specialist is agreed directly between them, and each party remains responsible for its own scope, access, payment and review decisions.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Site or the Service for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful, or submit false evidence;
- abuse SMS verification, submit numbers you do not control, or try to bypass rate limits or security controls;
- scrape, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the Site or the Service, or access it with automated means we have not authorized.
We may block traffic, suspend access or remove a profile in case of misuse.
6. Fees
No payment is required to request beta access. If we offer a paid service, its price and conditions will be shown to you before you commit, and you will not be charged without your agreement.
7. Content and intellectual property
The Site, the Service and their content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them beyond normal personal or internal business use without our permission. What you submit remains yours; you allow us to process it only to provide, verify and secure the Service.
8. Disclaimers and liability
During the beta, the Site and the Service are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access, in particular at the end of the beta or in case of breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as intellectual property and liability, continue to apply.
10. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms; the effective date at the top of the page shows the current version. These terms are governed by the law of the country where AuthoritySpecialist SEO Solutions OÜ is registered, without prejudice to the mandatory protections of the country where you live.
