verifiedspecialist.com (the “Site”) and the VerifiedSpecialist beta are operated by AuthoritySpecialist SEO Solutions OÜ, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Harju County, Estonia (“we”, “us”). VerifiedSpecialist is part of the Specialist Network. Phone verification and beta sign-ups are handled by the network’s shared account service, hosted on authorityspecialist.com.

Beta access form. When you request access, you give us your website address and your mobile phone number (with its country code). We then send a one-time code by SMS, and you type it back to confirm the number. After verification, we ask for your e-mail address so we can tell you when access opens.

Information you share later. If you take part in the beta as a buyer or as a specialist, we process the information you provide for that purpose, such as your profile, the scope of a project or the evidence of work you choose to submit.

Technical and security data. Like most websites, our servers and our hosting and security provider receive your IP address, the country derived from it, your browser’s user agent and the pages you request. We use them to deliver the Site, limit the number of verification requests, and detect and block abusive or automated traffic.

Analytics. The Site uses Google Analytics 4, which is loaded after your first scroll or click. It records the pages you view, your device and browser type, your approximate location and how you arrived on the Site, and it sets cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

Browser storage. The access form stores the website and phone number you typed in your browser (local storage and session storage) so the form can be prefilled if you reopen it. This data stays on your device until you clear it.

• To send and check the verification code and to register your beta request.
• To contact you about the beta and about access when it opens.
• To keep the Site secure, prevent fraud and abuse of SMS verification, and enforce rate limits.
• To understand how the Site is used and improve it (analytics).
• To meet our legal obligations and defend our rights.

Depending on the processing, we rely on the steps you ask us to take before giving you access, our legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, measuring how the Site is used), your consent where the law requires it, and our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the Site:

• the Specialist Network’s shared account and verification service (authorityspecialist.com), which receives the form data, your e-mail address, your IP address, country and user agent;
• an SMS provider (Twilio) to deliver verification codes;
• an e-mail delivery provider (Maileroo) for beta and access e-mails;
• our hosting, content-delivery and security provider (Cloudflare);
• Google, for Google Analytics.

We may also disclose data when the law requires it or to protect the rights, property or safety of our users, our company or others. During the beta, we do not share a specialist’s or a buyer’s details with the other side without their agreement.

Some providers process data outside your country. When that happens, we rely on the safeguards required by applicable law, such as standard contractual clauses.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Verification codes are short-lived. Security logs are kept for a limited period. Beta request data is kept while the beta and your request are active, then deleted or anonymized unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw any consent you gave. The Site is served over HTTPS, access requests are protected by phone verification, and requests are rate-limited. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site and the beta are intended for professionals and are not directed to children.
